I also ordered the extra home fries. These homefries were golden on the outside with just the right amount of crisp, they gave a satisfying crunch at first bite, followed by a soft, pillowy center that melts in your mouth. Each cube was pan-seared to perfection, with edges slightly caramelized for a hint of smoky depth. My breakfast arrived well-plated, and the first bite -- a celebration of bold Southern flavor. 

My server checked in just enough—attentive but never intrusive.
